Risk-based testing, how to organize it, advantages and disadvantages                                                                                             

Abstract: Our goal in this presentation is to share with you as well as with all those who want to participate some of our valuable experiences in risk management.

What are we going to talk about?

• What types of risk there exist in testing projects and in the products to be tested.
• How we can identify those risks and our best practices to mitigate them.

The cornerstone of our success is making a collaborative effort, which involves both the IT area and the business areas.

Our premise is that ‘if we don’t manage risks, they will manage us’.
