Abstract:  Agile software development methods foster the team members‘ responsibility for testing. The whole team is responsible for adequate testing practices and the quality of the product. After agile testing practices have been well established on the team level, new challenges arise in an organization which is pursuing agility at scale or business agility. In this talk we will discuss the organizational challenges of agile testing in such a context. We want to explore fundamental ideas of Agile Testing @ Scale, gain insights into total quality management and quality assistance, and give some recommendations for testers facing these challenges.
