Abstract:  With so many organisations turning to agile ways of working or business agility, are we really moving or doing Quality Assistance or are we still the Quality Police? Maybe we are not even the Quality Police, but rather Test Police? This is a challenge many organisations are facing, some have got it right, but others are lagging behind or not even sure how to get started. In this presentation I will explore some pre-requisites to help you get on your way; what it means and what good looks like.
